Cambridge ESOL Greece was honoured to be invited to present at the PALSO Lefkada-Preveza Association on Wednesday 14 April 2010 at the Margarona Royal Hotel in Preveza, following its continuous efforts to maintain and improve services to schools and colleagues in the Greek provinces and particularly in this area.
The seminar, conducted by Mr. Stephen John Taylor, Cambridge ESOL’s Consultant in the area, focused on the FCE examination and, more specifically, on how the Top Tips series of Cambridge ESOL can be beneficial for students. Attendees were shown how the series provides key tips for each paper of the FCE and how and why those tips are important in preparing candidates. With Mr. Taylor’s guidance, attendees also received plenty of suggestions and teaching ideas for the development of the appropriate skills for the FCE.
The event was well attended and during the seminar, attendees took the opportunity to discuss any potential queries with the presenter.
Cambridge ESOL Greece would like to thank the local PALSO Association Council, for this wonderful opportunity to share its educational research with esteemed colleagues, and for helping ensure the success of the event.
Cambridge ESOL’s support to PALSO Lefkada-Preveza and its member schools continues with its presence at the forthcoming local PALSO exhibition on 6th June 2010 in the summer so to ensure that all colleagues in foreign language schools are informed of the latest developments regarding the world's leading range of certificates for learners of English.
